You will learn breathing techniques, relax your muscles, coloring mandalas, attend movement games and self-massages 

The path of YogArte is suited to children aged 6 to 10, the Creative Movement path is suited for children aged 3 to 5 years

The cost for participation in the courses it is 10 euros
