October is a month in which the veils between the etheric and real worlds thin and the connection with the invisible becomes stronger. In this period, nature and human beings vibrate in unison on more subtle frequencies, favoring a profound process of introspection and spiritual transformation, which allows us to embark on an esoteric journey between energy and change.
It is the moment when we are called to descend into the depths of ourselves, exploring what needs to be transformed, letting go of the old to make room for the new.
This month is linked to the concept of metamorphosis, similar to that of the Phoenix being reborn from its own ashes.
October is also the time of year when the spiritual and material worlds come together. Traditionally, it is considered a time when we can connect more easily with our Higher Self, with the ancestors and with the subtle energies of the Earth.
They are moments of purification and rebirth, guided by the energy of the autumn season and by two fundamental Chakras: "Muladhara", the Root chakra, connected to the earth, security and stability and "Manipura", the Solar Plexus chakra, the center of personal power and transformation.
Contact with nature and the earth becomes crucial to feeling rooted and secure, despite internal and external changes. “Manipura” offers us the opportunity to work on self-esteem and inner will, using symbolic fire to transform what is no longer needed, letting go of fears and blocks, turning on our inner light to face change with courage and strength.
The activities that we offer in our farmhouse in the month of October accompany us on this journey; with the transformative experience of women through the "The Faces of the Feminine" path, it is possible to experience firsthand the beginning of the internal change towards the creation of a new feminine; during the workshop for creating a natural garland, through the art of weaving, with calm and dedication it is possible to retrace paths that lead to bonds with ourselves and with our loved ones: the strong connection with nature allows us to free creativity and passions; the "In Canto" path, thanks to the Canti Medicina, leads us to the ancient connection with the natural elements, leading us to free and awaken the power of energy within us; we will say goodbye to October with the "Pumpkin Time" day, where between 0 km themed tastings and creative games even for the little ones, we will let go of the old agricultural year with the fire ritual.

The Fruits of Autumn in Manipura
In October, our farm transforms into an explosion of autumn colors that capture the soul. Walking among the olive trees swaying in the wind, we can admire the green and purple olives shining in the sun and waiting to be picked to be pickled or to make an excellent extra virgin olive oil. Arriving at the chestnut tree, with its curls opening to reveal shiny fruits, ready to be transformed into steaming roasted chestnuts.
We find ourselves in front of the vines, the bunches hang heavy and juicy, reflecting the golden light of the sun.
At the little bridge we approach the pomegranate, with its red fruits that shine like shining gems among the leaves and the persimmons that stand out like small orange lanterns, inviting us to taste them.
We arrive at the majestic walnut tree which in summer gave us the nocino with its green husks and which now abounds in tasty walnuts and the chestnuts, finally ripe, hang like treasures ready to be collected inside their hedgehog.
The sun sets, the sky turns pink and orange and we can return home with a full heart, inspired by the wonder of autumn.
