From the "Gong Bath", with the powerful sounds of the gongs to release accumulated tensions, rebalance the energies of the body and mind and rediscover inner harmony, to "San Giovanni" in which we collect medicinal and spontaneous plants and create together the water of San Giovanni, a powerful elixir that awakens vitality and strengthens the bond with nature and the spirit. Gong Bath - Thursday 6 June Thursday 6 June from 8.30pm Gong Bath! A therapeutic tool in which body and mind relax with the sweet vibrations of sound. A sound massage in an atmosphere surrounded by nature, in which you can be transported into a deep contact with the earth and with your inner essence. The Gong Bath is a journey towards serenity, a moment dedicated to your deepest well-being.
Flavors and aromas in the kitchen!
On the occasion of World Sustainable Gastronomy Day, Sunday 9 June in Manipura, Flavors and Fragrances in the Kitchen, with unique and genuine gastronomic experiences! San Giovanni: medicinal plants, rituals and magic - Sunday 23 June On Sunday 23 June, in our splendid farmhouse from 5.00 pm we will dedicate ourselves to the collection of medicinal and spontaneous plants to create San Giovanni water together. This water, full of vital energy and ancient meanings, is known for its beneficial properties for the body and spirit. In addition to being used to purify and renew the energy around us, St. John's water is a powerful tool for healing and protection. During our creation ritual, we will share the knowledge and traditions linked to this ancient practice, opening our hearts to magic and connection with the universe. A precious opportunity to nourish the body, mind and soul, immersing ourselves in the pure essence of San Giovanni and letting ourselves be carried away by its transforming energy.
