The starred chef Luca Landi of the Lunasia Restaurant in Viareggio, Andrea Petrini included among the 13 Gods of Food by the New York Times, starmaker, influencer, Road Manager of GELINAZ! the international think tank of avant-garde chefs and Gabriele Stabile, an internationally renowned Italian photographer, have discovered the beauty, products and scents of our flowering garden.

When dishes become masterpieces Starred chef Luca Landi offers the Lunasia restaurant the opportunity to live a gastronomic experience at the highest levels, through a mix of classicism and innovation, aesthetics and flavour, colors and aromas that transform each course into an authentic work of culinary art ; always attentive to the valorization of the territory, central in his dishes are our eucalyptus, Euka Gold, essential and hydroessential oils such as eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary and sage, which have become secret ingredients of his dishes in recent years!
